Strained Matzun

Strained Matzun is a thicker, smoother and creamier version of traditional Armenian matzun. Made from pasteurized cow’s milk and bacterial starter culture, it is strained to achieve a pleasantly rich texture while retaining the fresh, mildly tangy flavour characteristic of matsun.
