Our Chanakh cheese is produced in the village of Urut using local milk while preserving the traditions of Armenian cheesemaking. This is a natural village cheese made from cow’s milk, enriched with lactic acid microorganisms and produced using traditional methods.
Chanakh cheese has a distinctive mildly salty flavor and a dense yet delicate texture. It is perfect both for enjoying on its own and for pairing with various dishes. This natural cheese is ideal for:
- breakfasts and snacks,
- salads and cold dishes,
- traditional Armenian tables.
The cheese is vacuum-packed to preserve freshness and quality. This is not just cheese, but a rural product from Urut where naturalness, tradition, and high quality are carefully preserved.
