  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into medium-sized pieces.
  2. Melt the butter in a pan and cook the chicken until golden.
  3. Add finely chopped onion and garlic.
  4. Add the flour and stir well.
  5. Slowly pour in the milk while stirring continuously.
