Fresh Matzoon Sauce (Quick, Healthy, and Delicious)

This fresh matzoon sauce s the perfect addition to almost any dish. Light, cool, and full of natural flavors, it can be prepared in just a few minutes and pairs wonderfully with meat dishes, vegetables, or even bread.

Ingredients (for 3–4 servings)

  • 400 g matzoon (preferably thick and natural)
  • 2 garlic cloves (crushed)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • Fresh dill or parsley

Instructions

  1. Place the matzoon in a bowl.
  2. Add the garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil.
  3. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add salt, pepper, and fresh herbs.
