Ingredients (for 1 serving)
- 1 baguette or rustic village bread
- 200 g Lori cheese
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh basil or dill
- Salt and black pepper
Instructions
- Slice the bread and lightly toast or grill it.
