Warm Bruschettas with Lori Cheese (Quick and Delicious)

These bruschettas with Lori cheese are a perfect option for both appetizers and light dinners. Warm melted cheese, crispy bread, and fresh tomatoes create an ideal flavor combination. The dish is very easy to prepare yet has a restaurant-style presentation.

If you use traditional village Lori cheese, the flavor becomes even richer and more memorable.

Ingredients (for 1 serving)

  • 1 baguette or rustic village bread
  • 200 g Lori cheese
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh basil or dill
  • Salt and black pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice the bread and lightly toast or grill it.
  2. Rub the toasted bread with garlic.
  3. Slice the Lori cheese and place it on top of the bread.
  4. Add tomato slices.
  5. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and fresh herbs.
  6. Bake in the oven for 5–7 minutes until the cheese slightly melts.
  7. Drizzle with olive oil and serve warm.
